Offer of services
The services of the Outaouais Community Justice Center are free for all and offered by jurists:
● The personalized legal information service offers you information on your rights and obligations so that you can understand the various legal realities you may face in your daily life and react to them wisely.
● Legal information sessions for citizens on a variety of topics offered either to the general public or to organizations by legal professionals;
● The info-separation service is a service for people who are separating and who wish to be guided in their steps. Individual consultations are offered by lawyers who will be able to clarify with you the legal aspects of your separation to help you better consider what to do next.
● The info-small claims case service is offered to all persons whose file is contested in the Small Claims Division since May 13, 2021. It is intended to provide these individuals with information, support and guidance about the legal dimensions of their dispute and about Small Claims Division procedures in addition to helping them consider and prepare for mediation to resolve their situation.
● Access to a computer, a telephone as well as several legal information pamphlets ;
