Offer of services
SADC Pontiac offers business loans that are aimed at supporting business development. Entrepreneurs will be provided with personalized support and systematic follow-up by SADC Pontiac professionals for the duration of their loan. Loans are granted to business projects that show a level of innovation and do not threaten the survival of another business.
Business Loan
Loans up to $150,000 are granted for the purpose of contributing to the creation of new business, as well as for the expansion, modernization or acquisition of an existing business.
Youth Business Loan
Personal loans of up to $25,000 for youth entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-39 years old. This loan is interest free for the first two years
Reno Fund
The Reno Fund offers business loans of up to $50,000 to entrepreneurs that will help stimulate economic activity by improving the exterior appearance of commercial buildings in a community.
Business projects that follow their municipality's development plan will be prioritized.
Small Business Support Initiative (SAPE)
Funds available through the Small Business Support Initiative are designed to grant small businesses and coops in the Pontiac access to specialized expertise in order to improve their productivity and profitability while ensuring their business’ sustainability.
Eligible activity sectors are: innovation, sustainable development, integration of communications technologies (e-commerce), business succession and transfer.
Allowable expenses: professional fees, purchase of documentation, consultant or professional travel expenses
